By using MedPrax you agree that we are a software platform connecting patients with independently licensed physicians. We are not a healthcare provider. Full text coming soon.
HIPAA notice of privacy practices
Each prescribing physician on MedPrax operates their own covered entity and issues their own Notice of Privacy Practices to their patients. MedPrax acts as a business associate to those physicians and signs a BAA with each one. Your prescriber's notice will be presented to you during your first consult with them.
